Meyer Lemon is a tree with history! Originally transported to the United States from China in 1908 as a cross between Citrus x Meyeri (Citron and Pomelo/Mandarin). 

Meyer lemons are generally sweeter and more fragrant than market varieties (Eureka, Lisbon). 

Generally grown in moderate to warm climate.
